Assistant Principal Jessica Torres

I am excited about the opportunity to join the Ludlow Public Schools community as the Assistant Principal at Baird Middle School. With nearly 20 years of experience in public education, I have served in multiple roles, such as a teacher, summer school coordinator at Chicopee Public Schools, and assistant principal at Milford Public Schools. I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Our Lady of the Elms College and certifications for Principal/Assistant Principal

(Pre K-12) and Foreign Language Spanish (5-12). My focus is on supporting students, especially those facing challenges, and on creating a positive environment for everyone at Baird Middle School. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching basketball, traveling, and making cherished memories with my family, which includes my husband, our three daughters—Johanyliz, Juliany, and Jamilet—and our two dogs, Princess and Luna.

I look forward to working with your child this academic year. I emphasize fostering a supportive environment that promotes growth. I am committed to enhancing their educational and personal development while helping them navigate any challenges they may face.
